Al-Amin Idris speaking on stage at the MEA Fintech Festival

Everyone deserves to be on the map.

Where you live should not determine the opportunities available to you. I’m building the infrastructure, ideas and partnerships that connect underserved communities to markets.

What would it take to put everyone on the map?

I believe market access is about more than getting a product from one place to another. It’s about the systems that connect people to opportunity.

That means understanding markets that remain invisible, building trusted access points, making payments work and helping businesses reach people they have historically overlooked.

I’m exploring these questions by building Interface Africa, talking with other builders, and researching the infrastructure that makes markets work.

I don’t have all the answers. The work is to build, learn, test ideas and share what we discover.
